Old national banK enables more cit training!

​Gibault is pleased to announce a sponsorship award in the amount of $1,500 for Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) Training from Old National Bank.  CIT is an innovative first-responder national model of police-based crisis intervention with community mental health care and advocacy partnerships. The goal of the program is to bring together key dedicated individuals that have an investment in the community and the CIT program.  The purpose of forming this partnership is to improve responses to people in crisis and increase officer safety.  The local CIT is a partnership between Gibault, Indiana State University, the National Alliance on Mental Illness, Hamilton Center, Regional Hospital, Mental Health America, Indiana State University Police Department, and the Terre Haute Police Department.  Thank you Old National Bank for investing in the health and safety of our community!
