Gibault is proud to introduce it's first ever Healthy Living

It is currently in it's developing stage still but was designed for Gibault employees
to educate themselves about nutrition, exercise, etc., to maintain a healthier way
of living. Support from your peers is the best way to stick to a diet and obtaining
information is the key to success. Bringing these two elements together is what
Gibault's Healthy Living Program is all about.
Gibault employees need to ban together to get their health back on track. Currently
Pam Chamberlain is developing a site for staff to use to get information on nutrition,
exercise tips and so much
more. There is talk about developing a blog were staff
can chat about their struggles and/or accomplishments.
We are encouraging all employees to start up their own weight management group at each campus. It will be supported by Pam Chamberlain but each group must have a
Team Leader that will lead the meetings/exercise class. These meetings/exercise
classes must be held off works hours such as before/after hours or during lunch
periods.
